Yes! Moodlify offers free mood sharing and community features. AI support includes 100 monthly prompts, with premium options available for unlimited access.

AI Support (Modo)

Modo uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to provide personalized support. It recognizes your mood and offers guidance tailored to your emotional state.

Modo provides emotional support using CBT techniques, but it's not a replacement for professional therapy. We recommend consulting healthcare professionals for serious mental health concerns.

Free users get 100 AI prompts per month. Premium users enjoy unlimited AI support and additional features.

Community & Safety

Your posts are shared with the Moodlify community. You can choose to share publicly or keep certain content private.

Moodlify connects you with others who are feeling similar emotions, creating opportunities for meaningful conversations and mutual support.
